Why change

Contingent labor without a system costs more than you think

Most multi-site companies run temp labor with 10 to 25 agencies, no common standard, and no real spend number.

The old way

  • ×10 to 25 staffing agencies billing at different rates on different schedules
  • ×HR and operations leaders spending hours each week chasing paperwork and reconciling invoices
  • ×Finance has no reliable number for the budget, and no one knows the actual markup
  • ×No way to tell which agency is performing and which one is not

The SourceNow way

  • +One platform for requisitions, workers, invoices, compliance documents, and bill rates across every location, in real time
  • +Invoices generated from approved timesheets, which eliminates rate creep and invoice disputes
  • +Hard rate caps by role, location, and labor category block over-rate submissions at the system level
  • +A single point of accountability for vendor management, invoice processing, compliance, onboarding, and reporting

Questions

The questions every buyer asks

How much does SourceNow cost?+

Nothing to you. SourceNow operates on a vendor-funded model. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year.

If the agencies pay for it, won't they raise my rates?+

The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates. It does not get added on top. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend even after the agency fee is accounted for.

Is there a minimum spend or volume requirement?+

No minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contract is required. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.

How long does implementation take?+

Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. Companies with active participation and limited initial integrations can accelerate to go-live in 4 to 8 weeks. We have done it in four weeks for straightforward programs.

Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+

All integrations are included at no additional cost, covering design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance. That includes Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau.
